Privacy Policy
Saraya IP maintains strict confidentiality standards for corporate entities and individual founders utilizing our intellectual property advisory services across the United Arab Emirates and Algeria. Bridging Gulf commercial jurisdictions with North African administrative frameworks, our practice ensures that all client data, portfolio records, and proprietary technical submissions receive rigorous legal protection under professional privilege rules.
This privacy policy outlines how our legal practice collects, manages, and safeguards information in accordance with regional regulatory requirements enforced by the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism alongside Algeria’s National Institute of Industrial Property. Safeguarding client privacy remains foundational to our mandate as we coordinate international trademark filings, patent registrations, and official gazette submissions.
Data Collection and Professional Confidentiality Standards
Managing intellectual property portfolios requires the collection of sensitive corporate documentation, technical specifications, and personal identification details for official filings. Our practice applies strict institutional security measures to protect every instruction received from our regional offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Algiers.
Before engaging our comprehensive advisory services or instructing new portfolio filings, you can examine our foundational trademark search and clearance protocols to understand how initial asset data is processed securely.
- Client Instruction Records: Gathering corporate credentials, board resolutions, and power of attorney instruments required for statutory representation.
- Technical Documentation Safeguards: Securing patent descriptions, industrial design blueprints, and trade secret disclosures against unauthorized access.
- Communication Security: Maintaining encrypted channels for all correspondence regarding active opposition windows and official ministry responses.
Regulatory Compliance and Information Sharing Protocols
Our practice operates under strict legal obligations that prohibit the disclosure of client data to unauthorized third parties without explicit instruction or statutory mandate. Compliance with regional administrative bodies requires careful handling of bilingual documentation and consular legalisation records.
To ensure your technical inventions receive equivalent privacy protection alongside your commercial brand identifiers, you can review our specialized Patent Registration guidelines.
- Statutory Disclosure Limits: Releasing client information exclusively to official registry offices when required for formal trademark or patent grant publications.
- Consular Legalisation Security: Managing cross border document authentication through secure legal channels compliant with international treaties.
